The run on collection mode allows the toolbox to run actions on a folder of epubs. This is useful if for example you wish to expand a set of epubs in one go.
To turn it on check Run on collection? to true.
Then use the toolbox functions as you usually would. Each validator and action should operate on a set rather than an individual file
